Right to Deletion |
Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on

Non-Retail
Customers. In addition to the disclosures above, various information is also
collected for employees, job applicants, and former employees. Personal
information such as contact information, employment history, resume
information, social security number and other information typically accumulated
in the course of employment, such as that collected during employee monitoring
(see appropriate Stokes technology policies and employee handbook) and is gathered and kept on file. This information
is not sold by us and is used or shared only to comply with state and federal
laws as is necessary for employment and providing the benefits extended to
employees, such as insurance benefits. All such California residents can
request additional information about our privacy practices with respect to
their information, as well as make the requests for access, deletion,
correction and opt-out available to other California residents outlined in this
